The app
Mockup Center is a Mac app for 3D device mockups, mockup videos and photo mockups. The free plan has no time limit. Premium is a one-time purchase that adds every device, template and photo mockup, plus the new devices and templates released during your update year.
A licence is for one person. You may install the app on the Macs you use yourself.
The app is still developing. We may add, change or remove features; features marked as coming soon are not part of what you buy until they ship.
What you make is yours
The images and videos you export are yours. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including websites, app stores, advertising and social media, for as long as you like.
You are responsible for the content you put on the screens and for having the rights to it.
The devices look like real products but carry no brand logos. Brand names are used only to describe them. Do not present your mockups in a way that suggests a device maker endorses you.
What you may not do
- Sell, share or give away the app, its device models, templates or photo mockups as files or as a mockup pack of your own.
- Remove licence notices or the credits of the people whose work is in the app.
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Use the app or the site to break the law or someone else's rights.
Other people's work in the app
Some device models are based on models published under Creative Commons licences; their authors are listed on the credits page. The photo mockups use photographs from Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay under those sites' licences.
Purchases and refunds
Premium is not on sale yet. When it is, the payment provider's terms and refund policy will be linked here. Rights you have under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
Warranty and liability
We build Mockup Center with care, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or suit every purpose.
As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we say so on this page before it takes effect.
